Job summary

FYidoctors, Pembroke clinic, is seeking a Patient Services Specialist for a part-time role (20-29 hours per week). You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, answer questions, and support daily operations in a friendly, patient-centered environment.

You bring strong communication, comfort with MS Office, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you’ll help with appointments, billing, eyewear pickups, minor repairs, and delivering

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out, engage in person/phone/email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing/payments.
• Manage eyewear pickups and perform minor repairs/adjustments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations with additional duties as required.
