Lanctôt Sports is seeking a Sales Representative for Ontario (Center and West) to grow our optical brand presence across the territory. You will build solid relationships, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Optical Division Manager, the role requires at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% for regional events and tradeshow

Formación

• Media technology savvy.
• Independent and responsible, must be able to work with little supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and foster customer relationships.
• Develop and grow sales in your given territory.
• Develop and implement a strategic approach to achieve growth and sales objectives.
• Ensure a high level of sales and after-sales services.
• Prospect and develop new accounts and sales opportunities.
• Available to travel (20% overnight)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives and then put it into practice with your customers.
• Represent the Lanctôt brands at the different regional tradeshows and events.
• Stay up to date with benchmark on the optical industry.
• Question current methods and constantly seek to improve processes.
