Main Responsibilities

• Provide leadership while upholding the company's vision and values.
• Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet tight deadlines.
• Manage your team's performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage workload and individual performance of unionized employees.
• Ensure continuous improvement, notably through the problem‑solving process.
• Coach your team (15–25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization.
• Identify, document and standardize key processes that lead to achieving objectives.
• Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications
