AAA-Canada in Mirabel, Quebec, is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the evening shift. This role involves leading a team in a fast-paced aerospace environment and ensuring quality and efficiency through management and coaching.

Responsibilities

Be part of the Quality team and perform the supervisory role for the evening shift. Exercise leadership in accordance with the company's vision and values. Work effectively under pressure and engage your team to meet tight deadlines. Manage team performance using KPIs. Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees. Ensure continuous improvement, notably through application of the problem-solving process. Coach your team (15–25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization. Identify, document and standardize key processes that lead to achieving objectives. Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience in management within a unionized environment, in manufacturing (quality department is an asset) or preferably in the aerospace industry. Excellent management skills. Demonstrated leadership, judgment, flexibility and ability to work with minimal supervision. Results‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable working under pressure with a sense of urgency. Strong communication skills. Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Fluency in French and English.
