Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 1900–0700 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Site Overview

This position operates out of a dynamic, fast-paced hub where operational coordination and clear communication keep security services running seamlessly. You will play a vital central role during weekend operations, ensuring shift coverage and supporting field teams in real time.

What You'll Be Doing

Communicating clear information to clients and security personnel using telecommunications systems.

Answering incoming calls from guards and the general public, dispatching staff to locations as needed.

Maintaining and updating the real-time Security Incident database.

Managing staff schedules during shifts as changes occur and proactively filling shift vacancies.

Must Haves

Completed College or University education.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.

Computer proficiency with the capacity to learn company-specific enterprise software.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt flexibly to changing priorities during your shift.

Ability to work weekend overnight shifts.

Nice-to-Haves

Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision.
