Job summary

Paladin Security in Halifax, Nova Scotia seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the central point for our Atlantic Operations team, coordinating guard availability and posting coverage for open shifts. • Build reliable working relationships with guard staff across the region, encouraging high engagement and consistent shift fulfillment.
• Develop a deep understanding of site-specific security requirements to ensure compliant, qualified staffing assignments.
• Help track shift coverage trends to assist management in optimizing regional staffing plans.

As a Scheduling Coordinator with Paladin Security in Halifax, Nova Scotia, you will serve as a central point of contact for our Atlantic Operations team. In your day-to-day work, you will:

Pay & Schedule Information

Hourly Rate: $19.50 per hour

Employment Types: Full-time and part-time positions available.

Shift Availability: Because security operates around the clock, shifts fall into the following operational windows:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
