Prime Hires is seeking an Operations Officer II - Bilingual for our client, a major North American financial institution, based in Mississauga, Ontario. The contract runs 12 months with potential extension or conversion.

The role is hybrid with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements include 2–4 years banking experience, full bilingual English–French, Post‑Secondary education, and proficiency in Microsoft 365; comfort with AI screening and handling legal documents.

• Support clients in managing finances and review branch partner documents for legal compliance, processing them or following up as needed.
• Process documents or follow up to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer II - Bilingual to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period

$30 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in managing their finances, reviewing documents submitted by branch partners to ensure they meet legal requirements, and processing them if accurate or following up when needed.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Post Secondary required.
• 2-4 years of banking experience is required.
• Fully bilingual in English and French- written and verbal.
• Prior experience in an SLA based role.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency- Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Comfortable using AI technology.
• Legal experience- working with legal government documents.

Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal, credit, or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements.
