Job summary

TEN Canada Ltd. in Cornwall is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the rental counter and administration, ensuring smooth, customer-focused operations day to day.

You will manage on-site inventories, coordinate with service, sales, and operations teams, handle inquiries, and support trailers availability and repairs as needed. This role is full-time for a 3-month contract and offers vacation, RRSP, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trailer/transportation industry is an asset
• Strong customer service skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and document on-site inventories of trailers and communicate findings to the operations team daily, primarily through Yard Checks
• Liaise with the Service Department to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed
• Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description of trailers to customers/sales/operations team
• Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders
