TEN Canada Ltd. in Cornwall, Ontario, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the rental counter and administration, ensuring streamlined, customer-focused daily operations.

You will maintain on-site inventories and coordinate with the service team to process repairs, while informing customers and internal teams about trailer availability and details.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry is an asset.
• Strong customer services skills, ability to prioritize and multitask and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and document on-site inventories of trailers and communicate findings to the operations team daily, primarily through Yard Checks.
• Liaise with the Service Department to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed.
• Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description of trailers to customers/sales/operations team.
• Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders.

As an Operations Coordinator in Cornwall, you will oversee the rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer-focused operations day to day.
