Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking an Operations Administrator to join the P&H Milling team in Vanscoy, SK. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Mill leadership and staff across operations.

You will coordinate onboarding and training, support Health & Safety programs, and help manage safety metrics, PPE inventory, and records. Occasional access to production areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field is required.
• At least 2+ years in administrative or operations support, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless site operation.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee training schedules.
• Support Health & Safety by assisting with program implementation.
• Organize internal events, engagement activities, and social committees.
• Oversee mail, couriers, office supplies, and access for hires/terminations.
• Contribute to safety metrics tracking and documentation.
• Assist with eCompliance and iLobby platforms and maintain records.
