Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) in Vanscoy, SK seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities, ensuring reliable, safe, and cost-effective plant operation. You will drive the PM program, manage costs, and mentor a maintenance team within a large milling facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, plus supervisory experience and CMMS proficiency. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Applied Science Technologist (AScT) or Journeyman/Red Seal trades certification as Millwright or Electrician.
• Supervisory experience leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership through coaching and mentoring.
• Maintain an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
• Communicate with Production, QA, OH&S teams.
• Plan and oversee installation, maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facility systems.
• Lead RCA-driven continuous improvement initiatives and cost control.
