Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation in Atlantic Canada seeks a Regional Sales & Boards Manager to lead the Canada Adult Use sales team across the Maritimes. You will drive revenue, build strategic relationships with provincial boards and key retailers, and mentor a high‑performing sales force.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Sales, Canada Adult Use, and requires proven leadership, brand management experience, and a track record of achieving KPIs through data‑driven planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales, Team Management, Brand Management and event sponsorship.
• Strong leadership to manage a highly skilled team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to drive KPIs and revenue growth through strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation of a high-performance team through recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead provincial sales teams’ objectives with Canopy Growth’s business objectives and ensure budgeting and forecasting alignment.
• Create brand and consumer awareness through community engagement agreements and sponsorships.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and educate customers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans across the assigned provinces and opportunities.
