Canopy Growth Corporation in Atlantic Canada is seeking a Regional Sales & Boards Manager, Atlantic, to lead the Canada Adult Use sales team across the specified provinces. The role concentrates on sales performance, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth.

You will report to the Senior Director, Sales, Canada Adult Use, and manage provincial boards, develop listings, partnerships and KPIs while guiding a high‑performing sales team to meet targets within regulatory

Qualificações

• Previous Sales Management experience, with success leading and growing a successful sales team.
• Proven ability to grow brand awareness within a Province, using innovative approaches.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, budgeting and KPI delivery.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with customer-focused approach.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creation of a high-performance regional sales team through recruiting, coaching and performance management.
• Lead provincial sales teams to align with Canopy Growth’s objectives, forecasting and budgeting.
• Build brand and consumer awareness through community engagement opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and education.
• Drive strategic sales planning and execution across assigned provinces.
• Assess sponsorship and event opportunities to promote brands within regulatory constraints.
• Achieve revenue, market share and profit objectives and manage KPIs for Territory Managers.
• Manage budgets across salaries, travel, and trade spend; coordinate with Creative and Marketing on programs.
