Canopy Growth Corporation seeks a Regional Sales & Boards Manager, Atlantic, to drive sales performance across Canada’s Atlantic provinces. You will lead provincial sales teams, align with Canopy Growth objectives and manage boards with provincial partners, while training and developing a high-performing team.

You will oversee budgets, sponsorships, and channel strategies to grow revenue, market share and brand presence within regulatory guidelines, reporting to the Senior Director, Sales,

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Team Management, Brand Management and event sponsorship.
• Previous Sales Management experience with hiring, training and mentoring of a team.
• Proven ability to grow provincial brand awareness and drive sales opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creation of a high‑performance team through recruiting, coaching and performance management.
• Lead provincial sales teams to align with Canopy Growth objectives including forecasting and budgeting.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and educate customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and sponsorship opportunities within regulations.
• Achieve revenue, market share and profit objectives while managing KPIs for Territory Managers.
