Job summary

Gazer, an international automotive security systems manufacturer, seeks a Canada-based regional sales lead to own Ontario from day one. You’ll identify targets, open doors, run conversations, close contracts, and manage accounts to grow relationships.

Hybrid role with remote coordination and field visits across Ontario. You’ll travel to partner sites, demonstrate products, negotiate distributions, and report insights to the international team and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Willingness to build a cold market with no warm pipeline on day one.
• Existing relationships at management level within automotive businesses in Ontario.
• Native-level English.
• Own a vehicle for partner visits; travel across Ontario.
• Willingness to travel across Ontario for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map target partners across Ontario: dealerships, importers, distributors, fleet operators, and insurance companies.
• Cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Visit prospective partners in person to present the product and coordinate demos.
• Lead negotiations and close distribution or partnership agreements.
• Transition closed accounts into ongoing key account management: orders, support, growth.
• Report pipeline and market intelligence to the international team and senior leadership.
