Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, customer service or a college degree requested.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and executives and to establish trusted relationships.
• Proactive problem solving and strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high touch support to employees in the workplace with tools, information, and wayfinding.
• Give a warm welcome to employees and guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with end users and cross functional colleagues.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and follow up as required.
• Regularly assess space readiness and ensure workspaces and rooms are properly equipped.
• Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance before impacts occur.
• Educate employees and visitors on equipment, processes, space use, and etiquette.
• Address and follow up on complaints, questions and suggestions as needed.
• Capture voice of the customer data and share insights with managers.
• Follow escalation protocols and understand cross functional responsibilities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on innovative solutions.
