Softchoice is seeking an Office/Visitor Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our new Canada HQ. You’ll own the end-to-end visitor experience, from front‑of‑house reception to seamless check‑ins, badges, and tracking, ensuring a memorable first impression for clients, candidates and executives.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, support events, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to keep the space running smoothly, safe and organized — a fast-paced, people‑first

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workplace or facilities management or hospitality
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, team player
• Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of improving processes
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Experience with workplace tech (AV, booking systems, security platforms)
• A passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills
• A true team player and self‑starter
• Flexibility to support varied hours or locations

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the office - welcoming employees and guests with a warm, polished, first impression
• Coordinate day-to-day operations (meeting rooms, supplies, mail/couriers)
• Manage the Welcome experience - front area, check‑ins, badges and tracking
• Support events, town halls, and team experiences
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to get things done
• Keep the space world-class – clean, safe, accessible, organized
• Stay on top of inventory, issue tracking, and workplace processes
