Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced On-Site Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at the Mississauga client site. The role is an entry-level management position requiring strong people management, administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

You will supervise operations, coach staff, monitor workflow, and ensure safety and policy compliance while coordinating with management and the client on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision or warehouse operations is an asset.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with KPI reporting is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be comfortable working on-site Tuesday–Thursday at the Mississauga location.
• Able to work Monday and Friday from the Mississauga office or another site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate updates to management.
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks related to site operations and employee management.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, warehouse employees, and internal management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supervision, warehouse operations, retail, logistics, customer service, or administration is an asset.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with KPI reporting and performance management is an asset.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using email and attaching documents electronically.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable working on-site Tuesday–Thursday at the Mississauga location.
• Must be flexible to work from the Mississauga office or another site on Monday and Friday.
