Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services in Brantford, Ontario is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site staffing for a high-volume client. Based 100% on-site, you will partner with the client to understand workforce needs and manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce operations.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or recruiting, experience in high-volume staffing, and strong relationship-building skills. You will screen, interview, and place candidates, ensuring compliance and delivering value to the client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience multi‑tasking and prioritizing workload.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations effectively.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Ability to identify customer needs and deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.

• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Execute the recruiting plan to ensure right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client profiles and forecasts.
