Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group Inc., a division of Arrow Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Recruitment specialist for our London Office. The role focuses on resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, sourcing candidates, and coordinating with clients to meet staffing needs.

You will work onsite Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a competitive base salary plus commission. Ideal candidates have 2+ years recruiting experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors and excellent

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting in staffing industry preferred.
• Experience recruiting general labour in automotive/manufacturing sectors.
• Skilled Trades knowledge including Welding, Machining, Tool & Die, Mechanical and Electrical preferred.
• Excellent communication skills—must have strong English (verbal & written).
• Team oriented mentality; works well with others.
• Excellent customer service skills and quick response time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills with very strong proficiency with Excel and Google Docs.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Resume screening, interviewing, reference checking, matching candidates to clients.
• Sourcing candidates using social media sites and job boards.
• Maintaining job boards and social media current.
• Reverse marketing skilled candidates.
• Regular quality checks with customers to ensure needs are met.
