Job summary

As a Site Manager, you will be integral to our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) team, providing essential staffing solutions directly to our high-volume clients in Brantford, Ontario. Based 100% on-site (5 days per week), you will cultivate strong, collaborative relationships directly at the client location, serving as a dedicated partner who truly understands their daily workforce needs. Your expertise and hands‑on, supportive approach will ensure seamless talent acquisition and operational excellence, directly contributing to our clients' success.

your typical day includes

Your day will be spent on‑site at our client’s location, engaging regularly with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their staffing requirements. You will be actively involved in screening, interviewing, and identifying qualified candidates to efficiently fill open positions. This role involves comprehensively managing the client’s workforce, from talent acquisition and selection to ongoing employee support, ensuring smooth operations daily.

Pay Rate: $ 55,000 - $ 105,000 Annually

The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
