Responsibilities

• Lead and direct retail food service operations on site.
• Collaborate with executive chef on menus, promotions, purchasing, inventory and scheduling.
• Manage financials including labour cost, food cost, inventory and equipment.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate supervisors to ensure productivity.
• Achieve annual retail objectives and promote the program.
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards and safety policies.
