Job summary

Kibbi seeks an experienced supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations on site in British Columbia. You will oversee 16-20 staff, ensure service quality, and implement procedures to control costs and scheduling.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. On-site work only; Langford, BC location. Secondary education required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
