Job summary

City Avenue Market in Vancouver is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily supermarket operations on-site. You will direct staff, plan schedules, and implement marketing strategies to boost performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven ability to manage payroll and volunteers. This full-time position is based at the physical location with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in supermarket/retail operations.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating volunteers is a plus.

• Direct and control daily operations.
