Job summary

HP Canada is seeking a Field Technical Support Representative to deliver on-site hardware service for printers, PCs, and peripherals at customer locations across Canada. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and repairs, and provide proactive support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Travel is required; you will work in a dynamic, team-based environment and collaborate with account managers to meet service goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair printers, MFPs and PCs at customer sites.
