Ricoh Canada is seeking a Senior Field Representative, Technology Service / Field Service Technician to repair and service office equipment across a defined territory in Canada. You will manage devices, inventory, and customer relationships while driving revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities include conducting diagnostics, installations, retrofits, and ongoing customer support with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education in technical specialization.
• 3+ years related experience including 2+ years as Associate Service Technician.
• Industry Certification (CompTIA Net+ or CompTIA A+) an asset.

Responsibilities

• Repairs core set of complex low/medium volume devices at customer locations.
• Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Drives revenue opportunities through supply leads and contract leads.
• Completes technical training on new equipment.
