Responsibilities

• Provide service and support for Peak Technologies equipment, including installations, repairs, calibrations, and sales support.
• Maintain organized inventory and document field activities, expenses, and time reporting.
• Promote and upsell service contracts, upgrades, parts, and billable labor revenue.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; resolve issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Provide prompt, effective communication with customers and stakeholders about service call status and resolutions.
• Coordinate servicing activities based on regional demands and priorities and travel as needed.
