Job summary

Procom is seeking an IT & Operations Coordinator for a 2-month contract, onsite at Vaughan, Ontario. The role covers first-level IT support, inventory management, and coordinating IT installations and equipment relocations.

The ideal candidate has a college diploma or degree in IT or related fields, at least 1 year in IT support, and strong Microsoft 365 knowledge plus solid communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1 year of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel).
• Strong problem-solving, organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for employees.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and IT equipment.
• Coordinate IT installations, upgrades and relocations.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Coordinate with third-party IT/operations vendors for service calls.
• Assist Head of Logistics with daily priorities and projects.
