Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Calgary is seeking an IMAC Service Technician for a fully onsite role. You will build, deploy, move, wipe, and install software on computer systems, using Remedy for work orders.

The position requires a hands-on approach to client requests and multi-platform support. With 2+ years in a related IMAC role (4+ preferred), you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a culture focused on collaboration, professional growth, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in IMAC or related role; 4 years preferred.
• Experience in a large, distributed environment is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and handle demanding customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal and external deployments; driving company vehicles as required.
• Participate in moves during core and non-core business hours.
• Backfill other IMAC services when required; lift of computer equipment.
• Respond to client requests originating through Remedy in a professional manner.
