Job summary

International Financial Group in Vancouver is seeking an Imaging Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide fast, friendly IT assistance to studio users. The role combines on-site hardware deployment and helpdesk tasks, with a focus on PC imaging, software installation, and user support.

You will work with the IT team, handle tickets, and ensure smooth operation of Windows OS, Office, Outlook and Teams. The position is full-time, onsite in Downtown Vancouver, with ongoing contract based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PC building and/or helpdesk experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office.
• A+ certification or demonstrated expert PC support skills.

Responsibilities

• IT Helpdesk / Deployment Technician
• Mid-level role for an experienced helpdesk/deployment technician
• Front-line IT Helpdesk support and PC imaging/preparation
• On-site work with the IT team at the studio location
• PC deployment and imaging following standard methods
• Install drivers and applications for different scenarios
• Prepare PCs for new users per directions and documentation
• Provide in-person studio user support and remote Teams support
• Assist users with connectivity and productivity issues
• OS, Office, Outlook and Teams helpdesk support
• Resolve basic hardware issues with GPUs, PSUs, and drives
