Job summary

AutoCanada is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner – SSC to partner with leaders in the Edmonton operations on-site. You will guide employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workforce planning to drive business results.

With 5+ years of HR generalist experience, you will manage recruiting, onboarding, leave programs, and confidential records while supporting organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• CPHR designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for the SSC portfolio across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee offboarding, orientation, onboarding, and terminations.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and support new hire integration.
