Job summary

Bunzl Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to educate customers on our products and services, answer questions, take and enter orders, and support our online ordering system.

The role requires coordinating with sales, service, procurement, warehouse and shipping to meet customer needs. We look for 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service meeting client needs.
• Enter orders accurately, check item pricing and consistency.
• Support customers on the online ordering system.
• Handle full cycle sales order processing including credit approval and invoicing.
• Perform administrative tasks and follow up on purchases or back orders.
• Respond to inquiries about our products promptly and professionally.
• Provide customers with simple quotes.
• Keep knowledge of current promotions.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, fax or mail.
• Assist across divisions to deliver exceptional service.
• Work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
