Job summary

Richelieu Hardware is seeking a Customer service representative in Winnipeg, Manitoba to manage orders, check stock, and coordinate shipments. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, enter orders, and ensure accurate delivery details.

Ideal candidates are reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to multitask under pressure, and proficient with MS Office and ERP systems. Training opportunities and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Ability to prioritize and complete work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Must be able to lift 13.6 kg.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter customer orders and coordinate based on product availability.
• Check stock levels, shipping dates, and back-ordered items; inform customers as needed.
• Confirm delivery site address and any additional transport information.
• Organize and process customer payments; track and resolve order issues.
• Assist customers at pick-up when needed and prepare necessary order documentation.
• Communicate product knowledge to customers by phone and email to promote products.
