Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate for an on-site position in Niagara. You will educate users, drive quality scoring, and contribute to achieving daily targets and metrics while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer support and a High School Diploma, with concierge/hospitality experience preferred. Expect 35–44 hours per week, 12-month contract, and $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer support experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Concierge and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Drive for communication calls, chats and interaction with customers and end users.
• Strong work ethic taking personal accountability for accuracy and high-quality outputs and demonstrating integrity to core team values.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and able to proactively and independently manage workload and targets.

Responsibilities

• Educate users on how to effectively utilize the platform and score quality and outcomes.
• Achieve daily targets and key metrics.
• Provide quality customer service by achieving consistent customer satisfaction ratings and resolving cases efficiently.
• Outbound calling and assisting end users with various query types.
• Be helpful, empathetic, and resolve issues quickly.
• Ask questions proactively and stay aware of client business activities and processes.
• Communicate information to Team leads, QAs, SMEs, and Operations Manager.
• Maintain professional interactions within Accenture and with client contacts.
