Job summary

JLL is seeking a Part-time Fixed-term Guest Services Representative at the Outlet Collection at Niagara to ensure professional, courteous customer interactions. The role requires daytime availability Monday through Friday and weekends.

The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of centre services, assist guests with directions, cash handling, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience and cash handling experience are assets.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Must communicate effectively with shoppers, retailers and management.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Conflict resolution and proactive problem solving.
• Computer skills including Excel and browser use.
• Available daytimes Mon-Fri and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of shopping centre services, stores, promos and facilities.
• Create memorable customer interactions at Guest Services.
• Interact courteously with shoppers and retailers.
• Sell gift cards and balance sales to transactions.
• Maintain a positive attitude over the phone and in person.
• Educate retailers about centre services and assist guests with questions.
• Provide directions and information to guests and perform centre services.
• Stay informed on merchandise, prices, events to offer suggestions.
• Perform all functions of Customer Relations/Guest Services.
• Follow Crisis Management procedures and participate in projects.
