Job summary

Logel Homes in Calgary, AB, CA, is hiring a Project Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role with strong opportunities for career growth.

You will support Project Managers and Site Superintendents by coordinating documentation, schedules, procurement, budgets, and safety records across multi-family and commercial projects. Collaboration with estimating and authorities is expected as part of project turnover and occupancy readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant construction experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Experience supporting multi-family and/or commercial construction projects.
• GC experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction documentation, schedules, and project controls across active sites.
• Create, process, and manage construction-related POs, including back-charges and invoice discrepancies.
• Track, file, and maintain RFIs, change orders, submittals, and drawings.
• Ensure teams work from current drawings and specifications.
• Assist with schedule tracking, milestone documentation, and progress reporting.
• Review budgets and flag variances or overruns.
• Support site daily reports, site instructions, and safety documentation.
• Distribute trade lists and coordinate with estimating on contracts and procurement.
• Assist occupancy readiness, turnover documentation, inspections, and coordination with authorities.
