Job summary

Rocky Mountain Equipment is seeking a Facilities Project Coordinator in Calgary to assist in planning, coordinating and delivering capital projects across multiple locations. You will support project leaders, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 5–10 years in construction coordination, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a Civil Engineering background. This permanent, full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in construction coordination, preferably facility or commercial projects.
• Advanced Excel, data modeling, PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
• Civil Engineering Diploma or Civil Engineering Degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from planning through execution.
• Assist tendering, subcontracting, and procurement processes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple sites.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors for on-time delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain logs and deliverables.
