Job summary

NDura Developments seeks a meticulous Project Coordinator to support multiple residential infill construction projects. You will help maintain accurate project records, coordinate between field teams and office staff, and assist the Project Manager with daily administration.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and reliable follow-through, enabling higher-level decisions by the Project Manager. Edmonton-based, full-time position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project coordination or administration.
• Experience supporting a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Site Superintendent.
• Familiarity with residential infill, multi-family, or land development construction preferred.
• Experience using JobTread is a strong asset.
• Confidence learning and using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with coordination of active residential infill projects.
• Maintain accurate project information in JobTread and other systems.
• Enter and organize daily logs, updates, photos, documents, and activity records.
• Track tasks, milestones, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate between Project Manager, site teams, trades, suppliers, and staff.
• Prepare regular project status reports and provide visibility into progress and risks.
• Organize drawings, schedules, permits, and change documentation.
• Record meeting notes and follow up on action items.
