Source Office Furniture & Systems Ltd. in Calgary, AB is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Representative to support our online sales and customer service operations.

You will process and review online orders, coordinate web leads, respond to inquiries, and help with website product administration. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure a consistent experience from inquiry through order processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration, operations, or logistics is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, order administration, e-commerce, or sales support.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Microsoft 365.
• ERP or order-management experience such as SYSPRO is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process online orders accurately.
• Enter and maintain orders in SYSPRO following established procedures.
• Coordinate with stores, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve questions or issues.
• Monitor web leads, respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone.
• Maintain website product information and coordinate with teams to correct discrepancies.
