Clutch Canada in New Westminster is seeking a Vehicle Capture Representative to oversee inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations, ensuring accurate vehicle data and high-quality listings.

You will collaborate with the wholesale department to streamline logistics, supervise junior team members and drivers, and maintain up-to-date records with meticulous attention to detail. This on-site role requires a 5-day week with weekend rotation and a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and upload vehicle data to internal systems.
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle data across internal records.
• Conduct vehicle inspections with high attention to detail to ensure quality listings.
• Collaborate with the wholesale department to streamline logistics and vehicle movement between storage sites.
• Work across various storage sites, dealerships and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers, providing training and guidance.
