Clutch is Canada’s largest online used car retailer, delivering a seamless car buying experience. The Vehicle Capture Representative will manage inventory capture across storage locations, ensuring accurate listings and timely updates.

The role requires strong organization, meticulous data work, and collaboration with wholesale teams. The position is permanent full-time, on-site in New Westminster, BC, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and upload vehicle data to internal systems.
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle data in internal systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections with high attention to detail to ensure quality listings and minimize errors.
• Collaborate with the wholesale department to streamline logistics and vehicle movement between storage sites.
• Work across multiple storage sites, dealerships, and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers, providing training and guidance.

About The Role

The Vehicle Capture Representative will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing, declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and an eye for detail.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately capture and upload the vehicle data to internal systems.
• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in the internal systems.
• Perform all vehicle inspections with major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality listing for customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration.
• Collaborate closely with the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient vehicle movement between storage sites.
• Work in different storage sites, dealerships and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers to provide training, guidance and support.

• License: Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.

• Work schedule: 5 days/week, including weekend availability based on operational needs.

• Wage: $22 per hour
