Job summary

Clutch is looking for a Vehicle Capture Representative to oversee inventory capture across storage and facility locations. You will ensure accurate data capture and high-quality vehicle listings while collaborating with wholesale to optimize logistics.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, data-driven, and detail-focused, with the ability to work on-site on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and a valid Class 5 license.

• Work across multiple storage sites, dealerships and auctions to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior capture representatives and drivers, providing training and guidance.

About the Role:

The Vehicle Capture Representative will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing, declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and an eye for detail.

What you’ll do:

• Accurately capture and upload the vehicle data to internal systems.


• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in the internal systems.


• Perform all vehicle inspections with major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality listing for customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration.


• Collaborate closely with the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient vehicle movement between storage sites.


• Work in different storage sites, dealerships and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.


• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers to provide training, guidance and support.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail - critical for accurate captures.


• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.


• Comfortable working 100% on-site with a rotating schedule that includes weekends


• License: Valid Class 5 driver's license.


• Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.


• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.


• Work schedule: 5 days/week, including weekend availability based on operational needs.

It’d be great if you have:

• Background in automotive, data capture, or a related field (0-2 years of experience).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage: $22 per hour
