Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Inventory Associate to join the Production team in Mississauga. You will be responsible for entering precise vehicle data into our inventory system to meet quality and sales standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and legal authorization to work in Canada. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) with potential overtime, and collaborate with detailing, shuttling, and inspection teams to maintain organized inventory

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Clean driving record.
Authorized to work in Canada.
Full-time availability 40 hours/week, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Manually identify and capture features within vehicles.
Determine vehicle trim levels using captured features.
Copy data from documents into inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information).
Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
Collaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections).
Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reporting.
