We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for aVehicle Inventory Associateto join our Production team. This role ensures accurate and detailed vehicle data is entered into our inventory system so every car meets Clutch’s quality and sales standards.
Manually identify and capture features within vehicles
Use captured features to determine vehicle trim levels
Copy data from documents into our vehicle inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information)
Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Collaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections)
Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reporting
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
Background Check: Clean criminal background check
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with vehicle features commonly sold in Canada
Previous data entry experience with high accuracy (Google Docs, Sheets)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Knowledge of common car brands in the Canadian market
Ability to operate various vehicles (manual and automatic is a plus)
