Job summary

Mobilinx seeks an experienced Timekeeper to manage on-site time and attendance for construction crews. You will review timesheets, ensure accuracy, and monitor vacation and sick time across multiple job sites.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, at least 2 years in payroll/timekeeping, and proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel/Word. A valid G driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing and timekeeping experience.
• Proficient with payroll software.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Valid G driver's license; construction site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at construction site and manage time and attendance records.
• Review and verify time sheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and update timesheets including vacation and sick time.
• Coordinate with on-site crews to resolve time-related issues.
• Provide daily and weekly reports from field data.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety standards.
