Job summary

Mobilinx is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project information flow, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and site activities. You will assist the Project Manager with change pricing, submittals and invoicing, while ensuring safety and quality on the job site.

The role requires on-site construction exposure, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. English language proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• On-site construction related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project information flow and documentation.
• Assist budgeting and scheduling with Project Manager.
• Obtain pricing for changes and track submittals and invoicing.
• Track production quantities and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate material delivery and manage site logistics.
• Support safety, quality, and inspections on site.
• Build client relationships and assist in business development.
