Compass Communities in Ontario’s Morriston area is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations at our residential land-lease communities. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, and coordinate leasing activities to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, maintenance, and financial health, requiring collaboration with regional teams, vendors, and residents to deliver exceptional service and profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; background in property management preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets, staff, and resident relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for residents and staff; resolve concerns and manage service delivery.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee on-site administrative and maintenance staff; recruit and evaluate performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and budgeted wage costs; manage scheduling and leave.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely projects and safety compliance.
