Job summary

CAPREIT in Ontario is seeking an Associate Property Manager to lead leasing efforts and manage resident relations at our residential communities. You will oversee the leasing process, address concerns, and ensure high tenant satisfaction while coordinating administration and property operations.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of leasing or property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in leasing, property management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• As frontline lead, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident and monitor vacancies to achieve targets.
• Manage administration of services, collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves.
