Job summary

Boardwalk in Ontario is seeking an on-site property associate to ensure health, comfort and safety for residents. You must live on-site and will lease and show suites, collect rent, and respond to after-hours needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, inspections, bank deposits and tablet-based administration. A strong service mindset and ability to multi-task are essential for success at Boardwalk.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Computer experience with web-based programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers.
• Must live on-site.
• Duties include cleaning and maintenance, and taking ownership of the site.
• Office hours and on-call duties (excluding scheduled days off).
• Respond to on-call needs outside of regular hours.
• Show suites and manage lease processes.
