Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in property or condo management within residential or mixed-use environments.
• Active CMRAO license with strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Condo Act.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned rental and shared condo facilities.
• Oversee and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, leasing staff, and administration professionals.
• Manage building systems including HVAC and plumbing.
